Strandhouse in Starnberg

Very good food and a wide selection of wine. Recommendable.

The menu offers a delicious meal for everyone. No matter whether for the big or the small budget as well as for the big hunger or if you just want a snack. The staff is friendly and open to any wishes. I recommend a visit to the Strandhouse to everyone who is on vacation at Lake Starnberg, as well as everyone who comes from the area. An absolute must have!

Good, great place by the lake.

Only went for drinks. Lovely venue and great views from outside. Sat on the decking outside with an amazing view of the mountains. The service was good and the two staff working were really friendly. In the summer it must be amazing as they have a large outside area with great views over the lake.

Beautiful restaurant, right on Lake Starnberg, with a great view of the water. You can sit both inside and outside on the terrace. Everything is well and tastefully decorated, a chic place. Of course, you also pay for the view in drinks and food, but everything is in the frame. The food was very tasty, there is quite a large menu, some Asian, burgers but also pasta and co. - It's also great that there are some delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. These are also marked on the map so that you don't have to ask uncomfortably :) All in all highly recommended.

Incredibly good rib eye steak. Starnberg's nice summer terrace. But also in autumn a good place to enjoy. Very courteous service. From 7 p.m. you can easily park for free in the parking lot at the lido.

The staff and food were excellent and there was also a fantastic view of the lake. Can just be recommended!!

A beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Catering certainly lives up to the superb view over the lake. The list is truly complete; I recommend tasting the fresh tuna cooked with sesame. there is also the possibility of having a beach service and in winter a beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna with direct access to the lake.

Customer service and friendliness are still very important here! The waitresses are very attentive, present, friendly and cooperative. Super pleasant! The food is extremely tasty and requests for changes are courteously and reliably dealt with. There is also a very tasty vegan burger on offer! Everything perfect! We were happy to be with you and thank you for the good service!

A very pleasant restaurant with a wonderful location, right on the lake. The view from the terrace is fantastic and the dishes are also very tasty. However, it took a long time for the orders, even for the drinks. The girls have to get a bit brisker. Hence only 4 out of 5 possible stars. Nevertheless, the beach house is highly recommended.

The location directly at the lake is perfect.. the view is amazing! But we had to wait more than a hour to get our salads .. the portion was so little that we first thought the order was a mistake haha. Yah I guess 16 euros for a salad with cheese is Starnberg price but we were still hungry after that! The service was nice but not really attentive and extremely slow.. they never asked us once if everything is alright or if we’d like to have new drinks! Also please consider your hygiene standards in the girls toilet .. a non working towel dispenser which was used by many.. in corona times? Tricky ! I expected more from this place considering the price level..

Food is tasty with reasonable prices considering its very good location and beautiful view to Starnberg See. In addition to this, very kind staffs who served customers very satisfied.... this is a bonus you will receive... 😉

Great food in a scenic place

The Ambiance is just amazing with a view of the lake but services are quite slow. I had order Cappuccino and french fries and it got around 30 minutes to bring the food.

Very good food, good wine selection. Super friendly service and nice view over the lake. What more do you want? We will definitely be back, the menu is still long and very interesting. ;-)

Beautiful views from the terrace of this modern laid back restaurant/lounge... Food was good & well prepared...great place to have drinks & just chill with the views... Nudest resort just in front of the restaurant as well as the local beach area...

Great place to spend in summer in Munich. The lake is easily reachible from Munich center with S-Bahn. Very relaxing atmosphere, and enjoyable for swimming, having a picnic or sunbathing.

Service is bad. Menu is according to cook. Some days may be great food, the other worse one.

Great place to be with beautiful design. But the food is not always perfect.
